Hi! I'm Andrea Ferrer, photographer and product designer.

I started with photography when I was very young, I don't even remember when I picked up a camera for the first time. I was so impressed by photography that I started learning in a self-taught way, taking pictures, editing with Photoshop and doing small jobs.

When I was fifteen, a photographer from my village contacted my mother to join a photographic association that he was also a member of. During the ten years I was in the association, I was able to do annual photographic exhibitions, I learned from all the photographers, we did sessions, projects and talks to train ourselves every day. Those were wonderful years where I learned and enjoyed myself in equal parts.

After high school, I wanted to study photography at the Escuela de Arte y Superior de Diseño de Valencia. As life would have it, I ended up studying Product Design and I fell in love with it. Design is fascinating, but during the four years of my degree I linked every design and every project with photography, as it is my true dream.

After graduating, I decided to study photography at the same university. It was the perfect moment to train and get my degree as a photographer, where I got an A for my marks.

During all these years I have worked as a freelance photographer for an interior design company, and as a photography assistant for an architectural photographer. Combining design and photography is something I am passionate about, so product photography is the field where I have specialised the most, but I can't leave aside other photographic genres, such as portraiture or architecture.

What I am really passionate about is photography itself. I give one hundred percent in every image I take, I always try to innovate, be creative and original, regardless of the photographic genre in which I work.
